Room was clean and big...great..Nice bathroom. But from other side of hotel was heavy traffic all day...hotel is close to Highway...be ready:)) Stonebridge park station is not far cca 15 min walk. Bust stop is few steps from reteption 👍

I met falguni and vassal they was both amazing and looked after us perfectly. Hotel room was perfect as it is always nice stay. Best thing about this hotel is 24 hours bar and pizza and chips. Breakfast was amazing . Nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff

A very big thank you to Mudasar who really helped me out with a mistake that I made on my booking. He sorted it out with such friendliness and speed, I’m really so grateful. Thanks also to Travelodge customer service who helped too. Also, clean, comfy, just what I needed. Definitely coming back!

Horrible hotel. Thoroughly reccomend travelodge CEO goes to stay at this hotel to see what they are offering their ‘guests’ the room was ok but the rest of the hotel felt dirty and smelly. Noise from the road also pretty bad, leading to a choice between fresh air or musty smell from a building that probably just needs knocking down. Paper thin walls meant I was disturbed multiple times in the night.

Room was uncomfortably warm which meant we had to open the window, that meant noise from the road and smell / noise from the factory opposite kept us awake. On top of this, the cleanliness was disgusting, mould and stains in the bathroom. Bed linen stained. Avoid this hotel.

When I checked in, the hotel staff were really positive and friendly, I checked in smoothly, but when I got up to the room, it smelt like someone had dinner in my room, it was a very strong curry smell and I had to leave the window open for a very long time and continuously sprayed the room to remove the smell. The bedsheets smelt the same too. When I turn to the heater to turn it on , it wasn’t working and I called the reception and no one answered the phone, me and my partner had to sleep with 2 layers of clothes, to ensure we didn’t get sick.
