趕早機去威尼斯，機場酒店的絕佳選擇，夜到早走，環境什麼的都未能提供意見，就是交通方便，沒有投訴的，價比性還行吧

Terrible experience. Staff is not helpful. The room was not available on time. Parking is never available. Rooms are filthy. The bathroom sink was blocked. The hotel smells. Please avoid.

Stayed at the hotel 10 times so I feel I can give an unbiased review. 9 of those 10 stays have been great can't complain. Lads of the front desk are always welcoming and help with anything. This stay was well below standards. No parking offered, no water pressure on showers, lifts not working correctly. Totally understand building noise no issue with that but would refrain from going whilst building work is going on book elsewhere

We’ve only been here a few hours but already the customer service has been fantastic. Special thanks must go to Lakshmi who looked after us at dinner with lots of laughs and smiles. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We are looking forward to the next couple of days staying here.

I would recommend this premier inn as I have stayed their several times. The rooms are excellent and comfortable. The breakfast is one of the best!!!. Great value for money and the location is brilliant as you have tube busses and trains within a short walk.

A lovely stay made special by the lovely staff. Laksmi was very helpful all through the stay and very attentive and helpful, with helping with bags, giving refreshments and just generally being a lovely lady. Always clean and always good food. Need a better booking system for parking...!

My stay in the hotel has been excellent I’ve stayed here with work from December 2023 until present day I can’t thank the staff enough, it’s a very busy hotel and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate, a couple of the staff have made my stay very comfortable Sarah & Lakshmi have been outstanding polite and professional, I would recommend staying there to anyone. Thank you all
