酒店鄰近火車站步行5分鐘就到 酒店環境清靜 附近好多超市買東西很方便 酒店服務人員態度友善 唯一不好的就是房間太細

Nice guest house hardly five minutes walk from Acton Mainline station (Elizabeth Line). About 10 minutes walk to Acton - pubs, supermarket, shops.
With the Elizabeth line from Acton Mainline station it is easy and quick to get into the Westend (Bond Street, Tottenham Court Road) and also Paddington and Liverpool Street.

It wasn’t a bad little place to stay but a bit expensive for the location and where it was. I got moved from one room to another and I wish they’d just given me the original room I booked instead to begin with. I’d just competed a five hour journey and had got lost as I couldn’t find the hotel to begin with so it wasn’t fun to move rooms as well. Otherwise it was okay after that. The tube station was less than 6 mins away from this hotel so why google and booking com couldn’t explain this, was confusing. I do think it needs to be highlighted that this hotel isn’t in London’s centre and it is near a tube station but this isn’t clear according to google. Apart from that, the staff were nice and helpful but it would have been nice to have breakfast provided.

Perfect place to put my head down for the night after seeing a concert at the Royal Albert Hall. Ideal base with the Elizabeth line into central London just 5 minutes walk away. I missed the last direct service and had a 20 minute walk from the district line service but I didn’t feel unsafe reaching the hotel.
The staff were always really friendly and the room was more than adequate and very good for the price paid with coffee and tea making, hair dryer, mini fridge and a tv with dvd. Even in November the room felt very warm without the heating, maybe a little too warm! The bathroom was clean and supplied body wash and shampoo.

Terrible experience. Had a booking with them but needed to CHANGE the date. Not cancel - just change the date to a day when identical rooms were available. This was 5 days before the booking. Refused this request and made me pay full amount despite not being able stay at the hotel. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Amazing attentive staff, clean room with good facilities, and fantastic value for money. The new Elizabeth line makes the location very convenient for Heathrow and central London. I will definitely consider coming back next time I'm in London for business!

Loved this place. So perfectly located, just a 5 minute walk to the Elizabeth line. Clean linens, warm showers. It's not the Ritz, but if you're hardly in the room, as we were, then this is your place. PLUS some of the nicest people on the planet. Two very big thumbs up.

The management & staff were very welcoming & helpful. Went out of their way to help us with our commutes & to make our sightseeing in London as smooth & convenient as possible. Highly recommend OYO London Guest House
