Superb experience. Extremely helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to make you feel welcome and appreciated. Spotlessly clean. Well presented and very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast and evening meal 5* hotel quality.

Great price, great service from start to finish, comfortable spacious room, well stocked facilities, tea/coffee, honesty box full of snacks if you require and location was spot on. Given it was a public house we were very surprised to hear no noise from down stairs from the bar area. Had a great nights sleep as bed very comfortable. Highly recommended.

We've now stayed 3 times here. Different rooms each time and all good. As are the team on reception and behind the bar - always friendly, good humoured and willing to help. Carpark is tight and depending on when you arrive, could be full. We'll certainly be back.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. We had a lovely comfortable room, the food was excellent and the staff were really friendly and attentive. We felt very welcome and look forward to our next stay. The only slight negative was that the wifi was not very strong.

Wonderful stay! Spacious, cosy rooms, with comfy bed and great shower. The breakfast was really tasty and fantastic choice. We loved sharing it with the resident Labrador The staff were all really friendly and helpful as well. Good location in Wimbledon village, with a short walk into town and the theatre. Would definitely book this Hotel again if we come to Wimbledon

We stay at the Rose and Crown when we visit Wimbledon and have done many times over the past 10 years. Nicky the manager is always so helpful. She runs a fabulous pub. Everything about the place we love. Comfortable rooms, great food and exceptional service. Jetta, Sophie and Jess looked after us and we are looking forward to our next visit. John and Sue Prior

The room was large and very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were excellent. The room was very clean and the mattress and the pillows were comfortable. I liked the small touches of luxury with shortbread biscuits to go with fresh milk and a good selection of teas and coffees. There was also an honesty basket of extra snacks and plenty of fresh water. The service at the bar and in the restaurant was very good and breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice of hot and cold items, all served very swiftly by friendly and helpful staff. The general atmosphere in the pub was lively and pleasant and the staff at all times were helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again in future.

This establishment has to be the worst place that I have ever stayed in- It's outdated, in urgent need of repairs and a complete overhaul ! The accommodation is basic - the surroundings are dismal, the bedrooms are unclean and not suitable for anyone who enjoys to be somewhere that is comfortable and relaxed. Quite honestly I am gobsmacked that people have left such positive reviews- In addition there is zero customer service offered- Its basically take it or leave it !! Outrageous - Someone surely must be overseeing what actually is being delivered here to customers who are paying ridiculous money for grade 1 accommodation -

Great service. Great facilities. Lovely double room - huge bed with lots of lovely treats to choose from (some extra£ ) . Fantastic location but slightly biased as my old family local. Very welcoming and friendly yet professional staff. Would definitely stay again. Didn’t feel awkward staying alone
