OYO Kings Hotel London

we love london we love disney so any opportunity to go to either we are on a budget and tesco vouchers my daughter had stayed here before few yrs ago said it was ok and the location was great so travelling from hull to go to disney on a early morning eurostar from st pancras we thought great go to a show and just needed somewhere for our heads to lie booked this oyo to be right near st pan for eurostar booked through hotels,com then our booking got cancelled two weeks before travel and we had been moved to the oyo hotel in shepherds bush where ever the hell that was well there the fun starts rang the hotel to see why id been moved and the gentleman was so so rude never known anything like it he just kept saying room unavailable i even spoke to oyo customer services who when asked how the hell i was going to get from kings cross to shepherds bush with luggage she just said ring the shepherds bush hotel eventually after all this hassle i rang hotel .com for like the 20th time and got a nice lady that booked us another hotel at kings x the arriiva hotel (also bad but hey ) on reading comments on here think we had a lucky escape DONT BOOK EVER

This place ceased to exist as a hotel in 2020. It is now a shelter for the homeless. OYO still process payments for bookings and getting a refund takes ages! What's more, when you contact OYO you speak with arguably the worst customer service representative in history, with no sympathy for what has happened and a denial that they even have any other hotels anywhere in the London area. Absolutely appalling - based on my experience OYO are basically crooks!

This is no longer the same hotel - as I entered the property, I was told by the man at reception that I was in the wrong place, and this is for "druggies & homeless people" when in fact this was the same 36-37 Argyle Square that I had booked for the night. I believe it has changed hands and now belongs to the council and no one has updated - it did not feel a safe place to be. This definitely needs to be removed from booking websites as it appears many people are making the same error that I have done. DO NOT BOOK!

Absolutely scathing. Booked this hotel through *********** last minute and we were really chuffed. Get off the train and make our way to the hotel in the pouring rain only to be told by someone in the building that it was actually no longer even a hotel anymore but it’s all flats. Taken our money and now we’re stranded with no where to stay. The phone number for the hotel is a mobile number which is now conveniently turned off. Do not book.

Dit is geen hotel meer, maar een opvang voor daklozen. Dus niet boeken. Het was voor ons een hel om daarna een hotel te vinden. U bent gewaarschuwd!!! Ik moet 200 tekens invoegen. Ik weet verder niets. Niet doen. Niet doen. Niet doen. En nog een keer niet doen. Zo, ruim 200 leestekens.
