Excellent location right on Kensington high st. Near the metro station and lots of bus stops around. There's a waitrose right beside it which was just great and convenient. Walking distance from Notting Hill and Hyde Park. Staff were very friendly. We had a 2-br unit which was huge and clean. Complete kitchen equipment for cooking.
The only downside was the timing, full renovation was going on at the entrance. They had to fully close it halfway our stay and we had to enter/exit through the basement parking which made it a bit of a hassle. Also, after check out, needed to use the toilet which apparently they didn't have. The staff merely told me "No toilet", shrugged and offered no alternatives whatsoever. This was before an hour & a half car ride to the airport so imagine my torture. If this was the case, having no public toilet, you should be prepared to have alternatives (e.g. where the nearest public toilet is at). The staff didn't offer help, they just told me "try the restaurants around".

Fantastic apartment accomodation. Situated in a private, secure area in High St the apartment had everything, it was modern, clean and had a great kitchen. Stayed with husband and 2 teenagers, enough space for everyone. 2 great cafes nearby for breakfast Meagan’s and Gail’s. Tube and buses on High St in walking distance. Wonderful staff on reception especially Andriana. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

The lodging space was perfect for our multi-generational party of 4. Lots of comfortable space, two baths, laundry, and exceptional service from reception staff. It's a 20-30 minute cab ride to main attractions but very close to the train station. Also lots of nearby restaurants and an Amazon grocery store.

We were guests in a 2 bedroom apartment at the Monarch House from 21 March to 3 April and the entire experience from booking the apartment to check-out was truly amazing. Want to thank Kisma, Davide and the wonderful reception and house keeping staff for being such wonderful and accommodating hosts! The apartment was probably the most spacious and well equipped serviced apartment I have stayed in. Loads of storage and hot water pressure … bliss! With supermarkets and specialist grocers situated along High Street Ken, we had everything we needed for a 2 week stay away from home. Thank you very much Monarch House team. We will be returning!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay for a London trip. Great Location (very handy for museums and Imperial College and extremely comfortable apartment. Apartment was very quiet and relaxing. The staff were great too. Nothing to fault and will book again in future.

Monarch House is a gem tucked behind a busy street in Kensington! Great location with easy access to the tube station, grocery store (next door), parks, the Design Museum, and many cute cafes and restaurants. The courtyard is beautifully designed; it is so wonderful to walk through the area when we return from a day of exploring the city. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The reception desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The only complaint we have is the remodeling that is happening to this hallway area that is right next to our room throughout our 7-night stay. The sound of electrical drills in the mornings was not too pleasant, and the sight of construction/half-painted walls was not what we expected during a vacation.

We have stayed at the Monarch House three times. It is always a great visit. This trip was to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and they truly make it a special stay. The apartment is nice, comfortable and in a very central location. There are three tube stations nearby and the Waitrose next door makes stocking up on essentials fast and easy. Monarch House will always be our place of choice in London.

I really enjoyed our flat, very spacious, clean and in a nice area. Everyone was very nice. We are taking a 2 week Europe trip with my family of 5. First stop London and very please to stayed in Monarch House. I certainly would recommend the stay.

Excellent stay at Monarch House. The apartment was superbly equipped, the bed comfortable and the location excellent. The service provided by the staff from the very first contact was exceptional. I look forward to staying there again. Bravo and thank you.
