The Orange

Marvellous place to stay. The hotel is splendid. Nice for family and friends. The rooms are excellent. Really comfortable stay here. The food at the orange restaurant is amazing too. Never need to leave the hotel for a good bite. Amazing time here.

The Orange Hotel is an amazing boutique hotel. The building is charming and historic. The hotel is very nice. The team is really nice and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bar onsite has great drinks. The restaurant onsite has great food.

We needed a central place to stay for a night while sightseeing, and this fit the bill perfectly. I had emailed the hotel staff in advance and received prompt responses. We were able to drop off our bags early before check-in, and when we did come back to check-in later we were helped by Barnaby to get into our room so we could charge our phones, and in the meantime he got us an outdoor table and we ordered some delicious appetizers (burrata and the salmon) and a drink. We had similarly helpful service the following day. We were happy with the room and bathroom since we were only staying one night. While it was small, it had everything we needed, comfortable bed, and very convenient location. If we come back to London and need a place to stay for a few nights, we would definitely come back.

Honestly - diabolical. They seated us nearly 20 mins late, one of the staff had an argument with a coworker in front is us, it took nearly an hour an a half to get our food and then our 3 roast beefs were bleeding out on the plate. My friend’s lamb was over cooked and had to be replaced. When we mentioned this to the manager he honestly didn’t care. The service was both rude and slow. I used to love this place but it was the worst meal I’ve ever had in London without even an apology. The manager just didn’t. I will never go back.

The Orange is located in a wonderful charming area. The restaurant is great, have eaten here several times. However on this visit we decided to try one of the rooms. Now I knew they were small, but they are also in serious need of a face lift. The bathroom has mold growing in it (in addition to smelling of must and mold) and the curtains are shredded and there are small moths in the rooms that live in those curtains. Everything is a little tired. TV remotes don't work. The wifi is atrocious and this hotel should not advertise wifi as it is more intermittent than trying to get wifi in outback. Please please please upgrade your wifi for your guests or don't say you have it. And the rooms need a serious facelift. Restaurant staff are great, although I had requested that the hotel manager contact me and never heard a word.

My new wife and I had our wedding lunch and evening party at The Orange this weekend. It was a fantastic experience from the brilliant and friendly staff to the function room to the hotel room that evening. We would highly recommend it! Thanks to everyone for making our big day even more special

I went to the orange with a friend, the staff were so lovely and the food was unreal. We had the squid which was mouth watering and the burrata which was served on with refreshing cabbage and pumpkin!

I regularly come to the orange for food and is definitely one of my favourite places to eat in Chelsea, the setting is beautiful. My friend and I came to the Orange on Thursday. It was the perfect evening. For food we had the focaccia, burrata and crispy squid it was delicious and for pud the chocolate tart. The burrata was sublime, the dressing it came with was soo good. The service as always was great, the staff are attentive and kind.
