Higly recommendeded stay at 1 Hotel. It was amazing experience from the moment I entered the hotel. Team very welcoming warm, everything was well organised made me feel special especially that it was my bday. Restaurant Dovetale downstairs is also worth recommending had delicious dinner and fun time in their Dover yard bar. We were lucky as weather was nice and in the morning we could enjoy sitting on the beautiful terrace in Dovetale.

The hotel is gorgeous. A sanctuary. The staff is kind, thoughtful, gracious, helpful. The food and drinks delicious. Truly a perfect hotel.

I recently stayed at the property and really was impressed with the details that went into the finishings into the architecture that was consistent throughout the property. It was incredibly comfortable and a high quality experience and would be my first choice if I would choose a hotel to stay at in central London. The Hotel has a modernity and an un stuffiness that I think a lot of people look for in 2024. The staff was so kind and always attentive. The restaurant downstairs called Dovetail is world class. The beef carpaccio is a work of art . I cannot recommend this hotel enough and for the price I feel it is reasonable if you were to compare it to the other grand hotels in the area. Most definitely a more modern experience with more up to date amenities.

The toilet seat in 623 is broken and needs to be repaired. Bathroom also smelled of pee. Apart from that it was a lovely room.

The hotel is beautifully designed in natural colors with sustainability in mind. The room and bed were very comfortable. The property is new, spacious, clean. The service is impeccable and personalized. I am normally quite a critical reviewer. First time I am rating something 10/10

It was my first stay here at 1 Hotel Mayfair. Even though several unexpected things happened, they have helped me out all the time. I really love the design of the hotel and the locations as well as their services too! I would say this stay was 5 out of 5.

An exceptionally beautiful hotel with a warm, professional and welcoming team. 1 Hotel Mayfair truly blew me away. Aesthetically stunning with its giant moss "chandelier," wood, stone and British art works throughout, along with state of the art an in-room mineral water dispenser, plants everywhere. Plus exceptional FOOD! From the Dovetale Restaurant to their cafe lunch to the best in-room dining experience I have ever had. Truly inspiring and restorative. I will be back!
