Beds were too short for someone 190 cm talll and one of the nights was a bit cold. Apart of that everything else was absolutely fine!
Location very good as it is a short walk from Tower bridge and very closed to Aldgate and Tower Hill underground stations.. I definitely recommend!

I like the hotel. Clean, roomy, with big windows, wooden desk and wardrobe. The TV is nice too. It has the setting that is like home.

타워브리지 5분 거리여서 좋았고 4시까지 룸클리닝 있으니까 그 전에만 카운터에 치워달라고 얘기하고 나가면 치워줌. 수건도 넉넉하게 주는데 살짝 방음이 안되는게 감점

Loved this location. The Premier Plus room was above my expectations. Bed was comfy and bath was roomy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was perfect. Street traffic was quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommend.

The room was very nice, clean and quite. The staff members were friendly and supportive. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the center of the city.

I love everything things I tell to everyone please go and stay and you really enjoy and you save your money as well the hotel is not expensive.

Friendly reception, bar and restaurant staff. Enjoyed breakfast. Hotel smells clean and fresh throughout. Rooms as you would expect. Inform reception if you require room clean or change of towels etc. Located within easy reach of Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Wetherspoons 50 yards away.

We stay at this hotel every year for the London marathon, it’s a great location,this year the rooms have had a refurb, the family rooms are spacious, enough room for 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast is great, lots of choice and variety, Maria went above and beyond and is very friendly and welcoming. We requested to extend our check out time so my husband could shower after the marathon,which he was very grateful for. We will be back next year. Definitely recommend staying here
