Fun location, curve garden is excellent, staff were friendly and chatty, super helpful. Recommended for escaping the west end and being in vibrant neighbourhoods

Really friendly staff including Wajeich the chef and Jacus the server! Thank you all! Very handy location - nice and clean - comfortable bed. Slightly hard to drop of luggage (had to use a side road and then cross the main road) but not too bad. Would def stay here again.

We decided to visit London and without looking too much we chose to stay at this hotel. At first we were attracted by the very good position in relation to public transport. Fortunately, this hotel offered us much more than that. First of all, a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room is quite spacious, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is functional, the TV is ok. But what impressed me the most was the cheerful and familiar character of the cleaning staff. Smiling girls, kind and always ready to help you. In my case, I needed an extra towel, which the girl on my floor offered me without any hesitation. I had a pleasant experience and I promise to come back next year. I recommend this hotel to families who want to spend a few days in the heart of London.

I stayed on premier hackney in R505 which is cleaned and a room with fridge inside complementary still and sparkling water. The breakfast was really good .even they store luggage Before and after check in which makes our stay in Monday best experience

We regularly use Premier Inns and rarely have any problems. This time it fell short. The toilet seat was broken, the furniture in the room was shabby and we only had one large towel between us. The hallways leading to our room (101) had an unpleasant musty smell to them. The only reason I have given two stars is because of the personable nature of the staff. Given that we paid the best part of £200 for this, it was nowhere near the standard we expect.

Definitely the worst Premier Inn I have stayed in. The bathroom in particular was very poor, cracked tikes, holes in wall, toilet flush broken, enamel peeling away, paint flaking. Room smelt and carpet was unclean. Lots of light through curtains. Would not reccomend.
