非常滿意的一次入住，工作人員🔥情周到，前台每天會幫忙寄存鑰匙，擔心客人弄丟了，房間每天打掃乾淨整潔，床鋪和枕頭非常舒服，樓下餐廳還不錯，酒店門口就是巴士站和地鐵站，超級方便，玖紅拖鞋愛了，要是來倫敦一定會再次入住。

優點是離地鐵站近，基本出站馬路對面就是。房間小，考慮到地點，倒是可以接受。但是設施一般，吹風機壞的，浴液的瓶子打不開，我不得不跑了兩趟前台處理這事。離開的時候，前台問我要不要給9.8鎊的小費，第一次被酒店前台要小費，而且是當面要的，我不好意思，給了。但是心裏很不舒服，因為房費裏應該包括了服務，憑什麼再給小費？從前住店，最多給行李員小費，從沒被前台要過。還重複收取了房費，被我發現了，他們説沒收到平台給的房費。沒收到房費怎麼有我的入住訊息？好在聯繫攜程了之後，攜程把我之前預付的房費退給我了。但是大家一定要小心。

Fantastic boutique hotel centrally located in South Kensington near musuems yet calm.
Friendly helpful staff, beautiful room.
Have stayed here each time I am in London and will continue to do so.

Quality furnishings and a sense of staying in a London townhouse. Ideal for an overnight business stay. The concierge surprisingly couldn't find his way to the room. VIP access a nice concept but staying as a single guest, a whole bottle of Prosecco does not feel appropriate. Why not juts offer a glass of wine, once settled in the room. - I would very much stay again...

Very friendly staffs, super helpful, you could ask them anything and they always tried to accommodate. Shower water was not hot enough, room temperature was ok. Very convenient location, subway just cross the road, bus stop is in front of the door. Lots of restaurants around within walking distance. Breakfast were delicious, except last two days, the restaurant was under renovation, we were switched to another room and so we did not have many choices.

The most comfortable hotel bed ever!!! Arrived late and left early so didn’t use many of the facilities but enjoyed a lovely hot bath, fluffy white towels and gorgeous bed linen.. so handy as right opposite the tube station but no noise!! Would definitely stay here again
