The staff at Jumeirah makes you feel like you are their special guest and you matter the most. The gave us a special welcome and special send off. The breakfast was wonderful- and in particular the staff. The concierge was able to get us a reservation at one that you cannot get. Even the doorman was wonderful.

Many thanks for an excellent stay at this wonderful hotel. We were most impressed with Guest Relations Manager Samanta. Realising we arrived to celebrate the Iranian New Year (Noruz), she arranged for a wonderful bowl of fruit and treats to be sent to our room— Many thanks.

Small rooms, perfectly formed . Staff lovely and attentive . Nothing too much Truoble. Breakfast choice very extensive, staff lovely . A hotel with faces that genuinely want to help and make sure all is ok .quiet location , but great for Harvey Nichols .

The whole experience at Jumeriah Lowndes was amazing. The entire staff made the stay very welcoming and memorable as it was my mother’s belated birthday and Mother’s Day celebration and they made an amazing effort and had great attention to detail. The feel of the stay felt so relaxing, home away from home with the luxury as a bonus. The spa at their sister property Jumeriah Carlton towers (2mins away) was exceptional. My child loved the pool and it facilitated her needs by having set kids pool times. On the last night they put up a teepee in the room to make it special for my daughter. She also loved her teddy bear too. I highly recommend this hotel for a lovely staycation in London. Thank you team.

Wow, did they take good care of us. Our flight from California was delayed so we got in at a very early hour in the morning and we were just beat. The hotel gave us breakfast and sent us straight off to our room for a much needed sleep. The room was decorated very nicely. It was a bit larger than an average London hotel room. Not huge by any stretch but overall very nice and quiet. It is a bit off the beaten path but in a lovely neighborhood. I chose this hotel because I wanted to try the Jumeirah chain. I must a say they had a very high level of service and I am a fan.

The staff at the hotel were very attentive warm and welcoming. They helped with extra touches such as flowers, chocolates and balloons for our room. We were upgraded to an executive suite so we ordered room service for breakfast at a charge of £10. The food was delivered in specified time and was a lovely start to the day. The location of the hotel was very convenient for our day and evening out. We were offered use of spa at the neighbouring hotel but did not have time to enjoy the facilities. We were surprised at how wonderful our trip was. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so memorable.

The hotel is a small boutique property , comfortable rooms at reasonable prices , especially for London. The staff are very attentive looking after what ever is needed . The service is very good Well located close to shops etc . Overall a top London hotel
