The location is great at central london.
The facility is quite worn out especially the ventilation system. It’s quite suffocating that we cannot sleep for the whole night. The windows are locked, cannot be opened. Dust is found everywhere especially around the television where u must have a touch on.

Excellent location close to Buckingham Palace. You can take Piccadilly Line(subway) from Heathrow Airport. The room is extremely comfortable. Quick check-in and check-out.

The staff are friendly and the location is excellent.
Our room is large with big bathroom and bath tub.

Very good location. The room is nice and clean. Doesn’t seem as 5 star as is made out on trip. The rooms are small and nothing special.

This hotel have some weird rooms. There is a small platform inside the room. A coffee table plus 1 chair on the platform. Then no space to put my luggages. We travel to Europe for almost 1 month. We have 4 big luggages and 2 small luggages. I can only open one suitcase and no space to open the door or walk to the bathroom. . After an hour negotiation with Reception, the Front Desk Manager finally let us to have a bigger room. Anyway, we are happy to be staying at this hotel during my birthday trip. The reception offers me an access to the lounge because of my birthday stay in this hotel.

Nice hotel great location- nice rooms and friendly staff
2 major downsides
Service staff we’re really annoying- knocking on doors early followed you to lift to ask room number
Lifts are very slow and stop on every floor

Worst experience ever in London. Prior to Dilly I spent nights in Mayfair Radisson and Savoy which were fantastic...
Dilly's food is horrible and reception Indian guys were not helpful at all (or could say, being prejudiced).
Will never again choose The Dilly.
