Templeton Place by Supercity Aparthotels

Wonderful location - a few minutes walk to Earls Court Station and other amenities. The room was a studio suite so just a partition between the bed and the rest of the apar**ent. Bathroom very small however when we arrived we were given a suite with a bath and we had asked for a walk in shower. We mentioned this to the reception person Amin and he immediately changed our suite to one with a walk in shower and we were happy with that.

Excellent customer service from Amin who managed to solve the issue with my reservation plus to find another studio for me at desired dates. The curtoisy, efficiency and support from amin is very rare in the hotel industry including luxury 5 stars hotels.

Awful place to chose! We checked in to this place with zero help from the concierge !we had to carry our luggages up the stairs while no one would be willing to help us. The bathroom sink was clogged up and so the water wouldn’t go down for days! We brought this up a few times to the front desk and each time we were promised them to fix it but it would never get fixed. The shower had a leak as well and water was running inside the tub all day! ( I bet you this is still not repaired) On a random Wednesday at noon and while we are recovering from our jet lag, sirens went off for fire and we had to take the stairs through other properties and evacuate only to know that this is a test alarm. Not sure why this was never communicated to us before hand. We had to climb down the stairs from a different place near by, walking in our flip flops in rain and shower so we could only get back to the place to hear about the random weekly false alarm. They apparently don’t let the guests know upfront! To make the matters worse, they don’t offer house keeping for 6 days or less! So if you are booking this place for a week, you are on your own! Never ever will I make this mistake again!

The apar**ent was fabulous!!! It was so awesome to fix breakfast in the cute kitchen every morning. The bed was very comfortable, The sofa and pillows were so homey. I am so absent minded, I left begin an entire outfit under the covers, and apparently put my travel pillow somewhere on a shelf. The staff were so honest!!!!! I've never ever experienced such honesty. They mailed all my things to me back in the USA! I've left behind belongings in the past and would call and ask about them and be told they knew nothing about it. The Templeton was proactive and contacted me! If I ever get back to London, I'll stay again! Very safe, and worth the journey!

Not sure why this was never communicated to us before hand. There are no phones in the rooms and your only communication with the front desk is to actually go downstairs. Looking at the nearby areas, there are lots of other and better properties you can chose from. Never this place.

If you don’t care about new towels every day and want a kitchen this is the best place. From check in to check out everything was top class. At arrival we were met by the most amazing service in the reception by a young woman. Absolutely nothing to complain about

The apar**ent was super-nice with very courteous staff taking care for guests 24/7. Absolutely recommendable. We had a very nice, cozy, freshly renovated and clean apar**ent. The concierge was super-helpful and always available. From the first moment, we felt like being at home. When they needed to enter the apar**ent to repair things, they made sure that we were comfortable with the timing. Watch out: the oven includes a microwave (we were not aware of this). It is a very calm neighborhood with little traffic, so easy to relax and sleep.

Property was amazing, staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great location. Nice place but the AC wasn’t working. It was very hot in the night to sleep even though they gave us 2 fans. Important information we didn’t get before booking, they come to clean once a week which for me doesn’t work. I am a neat freak so I spent time cleaning. If I had this information I would have opted for an Airbnb. I didn’t pay over £300 a night to spend my time cleaning and sweating crazy at night. Bathroom didn’t have a telephone shower, for we ladies it’s a bit difficult to clean up well. Other than that it could have been great. Staff however are very friendly.
