とても清潔で快適でした。セキュリティもしっかりしてるなと感じました。（チャイムを押して名前を告げてから建物に入れるので、その点は注意） アダプターも無料で貸していただき、ありがとうございました。お部屋は一人旅用なので、すごく広い訳ではありませんが、個人的には満足しています。（基本的に狭い部屋を予約するので）スタッフの方も真面目で、丁寧でした。テート・ブリテン近くに行きやすいロケーションでとてもよいです。

I thought this hotel is a Bed & Breakfast, but breakfast was not available. There was no shop or cafe nearby, either. If you like instant coffee for breakfast, it it may be a good place to stay. It is also very important to be aware that this hotel has no elevator.

This hotel is great value. My single room was quite small but I knew that going in. It was very clean and the staff was great. I love the location, it was close to the station and plenty of food and coffee options in the neighborhood. On top of that the Tate Britain was quite close.

Great location, close to bus stop and local resturants/pubs/coffee shops, lovely welcome, well appointed room and bathroom. Easy walk to the Houses of Parliament for the tour we had booked.

The owner/manager was unfailingly helpful and polite. He gave me very clear directions for where I wanted to go and even printed out a map for me. He was also kindly and friendly and easily entered into conversation. I felt that the premises were safe and secure. The room, though small of course (since it was for a single traveller), was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Though I was on the ground floor, just around the corner from the reception desk, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. I would certainly stay here again. Thank you for a good stay in London!!

We enjoyed our stay here! It’s very close to many sites of interest. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a very reasonable price for our layover in London.
