Overall great experience, all though the room is small the layout has considered the limited space and it doesn’t feel too crowded. The interior feels very new and fresh. Location is great in a very cosy part of London. Only negative thing was the shower temperature could not be adjusted. Overall would come back and definitely recommend to stay here

Location is great. Service is not bad. However, we got the room next to the elevetor and it was horrible. All night, there were very loud sounds from the elevetor which made my entire family wake up. We stayed two nights but because of the loud elevetor noise, we couldn't sleep at all.

The hotel looked very nice at the reception. We were positively impressed.
The room was average, not particularly fresh, but still fine. Unfortunately the bathroom was a big minus, the smallest I’ve ever seen, with a sink we could barely wash our hands in. But what really didn’t impress us was the sound insulation. We could hear anything, from steps from the room above us, to the noice from the elevator.
We were staying in London one more night a few days later, but chose to book another hotel for our last night.

We were in the budget room, which doesn’t have a window and the shower is small. Otherwise it is a good enough room for the location and cost. The bathroom right outside our room smelled like something had died, but thankfully that smell didn’t permeate our room.

Very noisy first night so we had to move rooms, disappointing given we were only there for two nights and very tired after a very disrupted night, second room was fine

Went to this hotel for our anniversary abd loved it. The reception area was beautifully decorated and staff that greeted us were friendly on our arrival. The room was lovely, bed was comfy and the bathroom was exactly what we needed. Breakfast was a treat every day and got us ready for a fun day in London. Close to museums, this was perfect for our plans for this trip. Would definitely go again to explore more of London.
Big well done to all staff who helped us during our trip.

Perfect hotel for our Royal Albert Hall visit.
A pleasant 30 minute walk from Victoria Coach Station, and only 15 minutes to RAH.
Enjoyed a mooch around the V&A Museum after dropping off our bags.
Breakfast over the road at The Exhibitionist was nice.

Overall the stay was pleasant, reasonably priced for an excellent location being very close to the naturalhistorymuseum, excellent service and very friendly staff, quiet and comfortable rooms. I would stay there again.
