Location was good, near Tottenham Court Road station which is one of the stops on the Elizabeth Line from the airport. Bed looks like a Super Single which barely fits 2. Room is spacious though.

Location is central and near Underground and walking distance to many key attractions. Rooms are tiny, lifts are slow. There’s a flight of stairs from street to the lobby with no ramp even for luggages.

We arrived early to the hotel, had somewhere to leave our bags so we could go out. Wasn’t told any information when I checked in about breakfast or where things were but worked it out. Rooms clean and have everything you need air on stopped working In middle of the night so room was very hot we was on level 10.

Another fabulous stay at St Giles. Lovely room. Best shower ever! Didn’t have breakfast, at £15 each we , as pensioners thought we don’t eat enough to warrant it. Had a nice meal at VQ restaurant. Nice food and 20% discount for residents. Will return!

The hotel is located at a fantastic location, walking distance to oxford street, chinatown, west end and covent garden. We booked the refurbished room and it was worth the "upgrade". The room and bed is a bit small but we didn't spend that much time in it so it was fine. The bathroom/toilet is also a bit tight but is clean and the shower works great. The staff are friendly and efficient. Check in and out was easy. The brekkie was pretty extensive and not too bad to be honest. The brekkie coffee and tea could improve though. Overall a really good stay.

屋子很小，光要錢，盡扯客户身上毛病，要逼**，服務人員非常自以為是，沒饋禮，倫敦酒店都這麼差的，咖啡也不給配，也沒有主動客房服務，衹問你走不走，光“掙”錢

Overall very nice and tidy. Someone will tidy the room every day. And you can store your luggage, so you don’t have to carry your luggage to play. There is an underground and bus station nearby and it is very convenient to go to other places. Also, you can walk to Chinatown on foot for 11 minutes.

The location is good but it’s a very old and small room. The lobby is nice but the room is really too old!! The pillow is out of shape but still using it. The room that I stay is totally not like the modern room that shown in the picture, I believe some of the rooms are Renovated but some still very old rooms like the one I’m staying, not really recommended for the old rooms like this for this price.
