Very old fashioned and ugly windows, also dirty. At least they should be cleaned more frequently

離倫敦塔橋大概5分鐘的步行路程，周邊地鐵也很方便。周圍環境比較安靜，與KCL的學生公寓緊鄰。房間很乾凈。英國人甚是友好！早餐有多種選擇。

Very convenient to the City insurance area. Bed comfortable. Bathroom - could use some simple updates like a new faucet.

Lovely stay at the Chamberlain. Just for one night but very kind of the staff to decorate the room for my husbands birthday. Great food and drinks, excellent location. All in all a great stay. Thanks.

Really lovely hotel - some really nice little touches like chocolates and great coffee in the room.
Only 4 stars because the windows were clearly quite old and the street noise was pretty loud.

Good sized room, comfortable bed and nice size shower. Nice extras such as free drink coupon. Friendly staff and very good location, would definitely stay again.

Great hotel although did not get a good nights sleep as I could hear the footsteps pounding around in the room above me for most of the night. So soundproofing is not that good. Great breakfast though and friendly staff and very comfortable bed
