Otelin konumu, resepsiyon hizmeti, metroya 5 dk mesafede olması, akşam ücretsiz şarap ikramı harika. Odada mutfak donanımı bulunması çok güzel. Ama iki kişilik yatak biraz sıkıntılı, iki kişinin yatması biraz zor.

İki çocuğumla beraber üç kişilik odada konakladık. Oda boyutları küçük olmakla beraber bizim için yeterli oldu. Temizlik ve ısınma g***t iyiydi. Otelin konumu çok merkezi ve metro durağına 2-3 dakikada yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Görevliler oldukça cana yakın ve size yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar.

Lovely location for both Kensington, South Kensington and Chelsea. Clean and suitable room for a city break where you need to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.
Only negatives were for our baby. We were placed in a room on the ground floor but had to go up some stairs to access the room which made it hard with the pram. Additionally, the travel cot that was provided as requested didn’t have a proper cot mattress and so was a blanket wrapped in a sheet, which wouldn’t have been safe for a baby due to the suffocation risk. So our baby slept in our bed with us for our stay as the bed was quite large it allowed plenty of space for her between us.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Abby who mapped out directions for the trains for me to get to the shopping I needed to get done before I left for the airport. This was a big help for me as someone visiting London for the first time and unfamiliar with the area and transportation.

We came back twice on the same trip on our way home. Great little hotel. Comfy and a great location near the Earls Court Station. The small kitchen area is a great plus as it has a Nespresso coffee maker and a small fridge. Great way to start the day.

I've only got a bottle of cheap wine on arrival - but I do not drink alcohol! Have asked the quite room on the upper floor, but got the one on the 1st floor with the view to dirty wall - at least the room was quite. Tea and sugar supply has never been replenished. On the day of checkout I've asked to extend time till 2 pm only as a VIP member, but was offered it for additional payment of 30 pounds - that's ridiculous! Deposit of 50 pounds is still blocked on my bank card. Staff was helpful - printed boarding pass for me. No breakfast room at the hotel.

Overall location to earls court station and not too far walk to design museum etc. the room was small and cot my son was a bit small , but overall the hotel good. The staff was very helpful and attentive.
