The accommodation is very good, the transportation is very convenient, then I can sleep freely in this room, then the sound is also relatively low, very good experience, next time I will come back.

i was VERY disappointed that the hotel advised me a much cheaper rate than i paid with Trip.com. When i got the invoice, it showed a rate much cheaper than what i paid to Trip.com.

Stayed at the hotel with my wife. The following day we found we had been bitten with what we believe were bed bugs. After returning home my wife had to go to the doctors for a course of antibiotics due to the state of her ankles, and is still recovering 3 weeks later. The room was booked via a third party. We contacted the Premier Inn to complain, however they would not deal with our complaint as we had booked via a third party. We complained via the third party who have been extremely helpful. They have contacted Premier Inn on at least three occasions now, but have yet to receive a reply. This is really poor service.
