Decent hotel close to Victoria station. I had a small room and it really is small so it’s not suitable if you have a lot of luggage. For a solo traveller exploring London most of the time it’s really fine.
The amenities have improved since I last stayed and TV and Wi-Fi are now included at no extra cost which is nice.
The beds are comfortable and the smaller rooms in the basement have no windows so are really dark which is perfect for a good nights sleep!

HORRIBLE. IT’S A SHAME IN 2023 TO SLEEP LIKE INDIANS IN 4m2 FOR TWO NIGHTS FOR 200€ A NIGHT. DON’T GO THERE 🤮

Always enjoy staying here. Central location. Just a short walk from Victoria station and coach station. Excellent customer service. Staff are welcoming every time

Micro rooms would be ok same as airplane bathroom but there is loads of noise and you can hear every small movement from the hallway and rooms next to you. For the money (£85 per night) stay somewhere else. Receptionist very helpful and friendly

this hotel is totally bull **** no water facilities, no one answer at reception desk, no phone inside rhe room to call receptionist attitude is totally high no one will answer you bull **** totally dont go ever i wish i can give u minus 5 star

房間很小，不能打開行李，衹有70尺；床褥 凹陷，不能入睡，導致腰骨痛，是痛苦回憶，永遠不會再入住，不要因趕時間而入作。

Posizione ottimale, camere microscopiche come da descrizione, pulite, materasso comodo e doccia calda.
Non c'è spazio per i bagagli né armadio quindi bisogna adattarsi.
Ottimo per chi è di passaggio o per chi viaggia leggero.
Personale sempre presente in reception.
