Premier Inn London Lewisham

Enjoyed everything. Very quiet even though it is located on the Lewisham High Road. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Premiere Inn Lewisham has friendly staff who are ready to help. It is close to train and bus stations connecting you to London. I recommend it.

I go to this hotel to stay for work every 2-3 weeks. I've been staying there for about 3 years. The current team are amazing and make you feel right at home. They smile, they engage with you, nothing is too much trouble. I have stayed in other Premier Inns but this is my favourite by far!

Unfortunately it was not a good stay. Booked a hotel and after taking payment received a notification that the hotel was unable to be booked due to refurbishment. Proceeded to book another hotel due to this issue hoping for a refund from the 1st booking however hours later received a confirmation for both hotels. Tried to contact over 100 hotel numbers and not one could help me contact the 1st booking to get this refunded and cancelled. I have now lost £300 out of my own pocket due to a notification in error showing on the screen as the hotel had clearly been taking books. I Will no longer be booking with premier for my weekly travels with work again until I can contact someone for a refund.

On arrival we had a warm welcome by a member of staff who was most helpful and pleasant our room was very clean and well presented we enjoyed our stay and all the staff were very helpful and pleasant a credit to Premier Inns we would certainly recommend

Great location for tube and train, 5 minutes down the road. Very modern and fresh. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Excellent stay. We had a premium plus room and it was perfect, what made it that extra special was the fact that it had a fridge in the room and a coffee machine with good quality pods. Plenty of fresh clean towels too.

Very loud train noise in some rooms. I've stayed here twice and the first time there was no train noise, but on the second visit I was in a different room and the train noise kept me awake until midnight and woke me up at 4.45am. It was incredibly loud.

the hotel was in a quiet and clean part of the city, close to the Tesco Store shopping center, close to the train and metro. the staff was helpful, smiling, pleasant. they advised and helped us. I can recommend it and would choose it again
