London Kensington

It was a pleasant stay. Location was good as it was walking distance to Earl’s Court Tube Station. So, its easily accessible to various tourists location .Hotels staff were friendly and helped to keep luggage as I had a night flight. The rooms were cleaned and looked new.

房間乾淨，離車站算近

We had 4 great nights at this hotel which we used to access the city as tourists. Great breakfast available on site. Friendly staff who made the place “more than just a bed to stay in”. Clean and safe hotel. Would recommend and use again.

This is our 4th or 5th visit. We love it. Brilliant location very near Earls Court Road. We opted for a premium room as r stayed 6 nights. Lovely room but not much storage and no room safe.

Good location close to Earls Court subway. Ok breakfast but missed cheese and more sorts of bread. Standard quality to a reasonable price. Very quite even though the subway passed through below the window.

i stayed here for three nights,i booked a room for four and they gave us a room for two people and a Little sofa that was supposed to be another bed but it wasnt Even done.My other friends found their room dirty and due to their disorganisation we had to change room several times.The staff was really rude when we explained our dissapointment on the rooms.Do not come here

Pretty spacious room for a single person. Some aspects of the room seemed a bit dated - some cracks on the ceiling, paint cracks, etc., but not an issue. I found the bed and duvet so comfortable, and I was able to have a great sleep. Room was overall quite clean, and didn't have any issues with noise. The location is also great - it's in a beautiful area, and very close to the main streets with various restaurants / cafes / etc. The biggest issue I ran into was I had no hot water on my second day; no matter how much I turned the shower on and off and fiddled with the knobs, I couldn't get hot water in either the shower or the faucet. I ended up just taking a cold shower that night, and luckily it happened on the second and last night I was staying there. Other than that, I had a comfortable stay.

Location is great, a short walk from Earls Court Tube, which is surrounded by places to eat and drink. Hotel is clearly old, and showing it in places. There was no-one on reception when I checked in, so I used the self-check machine and was allocated a room on the sixth floor. This involves taking a lift two floors up, crossing a walkway bridge across the road to a building opposite, then taking another lift up to the sixth floor. Not quick! Room was on the small side, but usual Premier Inn bed and decor. Bathroom had a bath but I didn't dare use it given the hairs still stuck to the side :( I slept well. I had been concerned the dates glazing would let lots of noise in, but wasn't my experience. Rooms here aren't cheap and I think there's better value on offer from Premier Inn elsewhere in London, and from competitors in the Earls Court locale.
