It would be nice if they would also put even 1 bottle of water. And have some toothbrush even if the guess will pay. However overall is good the cleanliness the the bed is very comfortable.

Hotel was located at a very convenient place. Ample parking lots. Room was clean but the bed was too soft for my back.

We knew the restaurant was closed but when we arrived the bar was also closed We were going to meet family but nowhere to go. Very disappointing and we stay frequently in the hotel. Very disappointing and puts me off going again. Felt let down got an email saying restaurant was closed but no mention of the bar being closed.

The bar closing at 8.45 then been told that they were closing up at 9.15 to take my drink to the room i found this unacceptable as I am an adult one member of staff said they did not take 50 notes where another member of staff took 50 note i won't be going back or recommending this hotel

The staff at this location are always readily available and keen to help guests with any issues. Gareth, Sam, and Connor, were working during my visit and each of them were a pleasure to deal with. The WiFi is unreliable, but this is a company issue and not the fault of this specific hotel.

I stayed in the double premier plus room. The room is very nice and spacious, very comfy bed, lovely bathroom with a rainfall shower. The room is also equipped with a coffee machine, fridge, iron and vanity area. Check in is very fast and the staff are very helpful. Great for the price.

Stayed over the Christmas holidays & everything was first class. We had family close by & it was nice to be able to come back to the hotel & switch off. Staff were lovely & friendly & the room was very clean. We asked for our room to be serviced & it was never an issue.

Excellent night sleep premier plus room is brilliant vfm very friendly staff. Slight problem with restaurant opening hours but we were informed of this before arrival. My wife and I often visit premier inns in the UK as we feel of all hotels on offer the premier Inn are the best for the price and quality

I stayed at this premier inn in Derry two years ago and all was not good, generally tired and in much need of refurbishment, the refurbishment has been done and this premier inn is now excellent from the great welcome at reception to the excellent rooms, all very, very good, my only bugbear is no restaurant which is a great pity as would have made this stay beyond excellent - breakfast next day was really, really good
