WOW! Absolutely one of the best overall vacation destinations and resort customer service experiences ever! But first let me add some context. My wife and I take about 4 vacations each year, some local here in the US, others abroad and a bit more grand. In the last year so far we visited Greece, Dubai, and this most recent trip to Turks and Caicos just to relax and decompress. From the moment we checked in the presentation of the beautiful hotel lobby spoke volumes. As we toured the resort our first day every area was clean, impeccably manicured and well maintained. The room was quite large with a tastefully modern decor. The staff was very hospitable. While there for a week we met and got to know many of the staff members personally. Having befriended the head Chef as well, (Mr. Micheal Williams) to our complete surprise our last day he personally prepared the most amazing fish breakfast and brought it out to us himself. My initial thought as I looked at my plate and then at my wife was… Fish for breakfast at 8am? However, to say it was absolutely melt in your mouth delicious would be an understatement. We highly recommend putting “The Shore Club” in Turks and Caicos your list. You won’t be disappointed. A very special thanks to Ms Barbara our waitress and Micheal the head chef. 5 Stars!

The property is by far the most beautiful on the island with the most attentive and professional staff we have ever experienced. The hotel room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean, with a fantastic view of the pool. The breakfast in the morning was generous with numerous options. The staff and chef Michael were wonderful, making sure that my husband had gluten free options every day. For dinner, dining at Sui-Ren was so incredible that we enjoyed three wonderful meals there. I must give a special shoutout to Joseph our lead waiter who was simply the BEST! He was truly the reason we continued to come back. He ensured every dish prepared for my husband was gluten free and the food was delicious! The sushi was hands down the freshest and delish! In addition, the beach area was clean and had numerous chairs and umbrellas where we enjoyed the crystal blue waters. We enjoyed three of the pools on site and they were gorgeous! Another special nod to bartender Michael Grant who not only made fantastic drinks, he stocked gluten free liquor so that we could enjoy a cocktail without being nervous.

My boyfriend and I spent 4 wonderful days at The Shore Club. I’d like to highlight the service personnel who work in the restaurants, pool zones (family, by the beach & by the gym, adult pool), and those in charge of water activities. They were all responsible, polite, and helpful. Our room was cleaned promptly whenever we left for tours. The food was good, and the location is perfect for those who want to be away from city activities. The hotel provides its own bus and cabs for transportation. I enjoyed the gym, the pool steps away from the gym, and the dedicated yoga practice zone. The beach is incredibly clean, and you are always served by the hotel staff. We utilized most of the water activities, including hobie cats, tubing, kitesurfing, and kayaking. The adult pool has a jacuzzi, and the spa staff provided great Japanese massages and neo-lifting facials. I loved the time we spent there. As a bonus, I forgot a 14K gold chain with diamonds in the room, and my favorite piece of jewelry was shipped to me in no time. Best wishes to the hotel and their guests! Eddy was in the leader role and made us feel welcome at the whole resort after entering the Sui-Ren Restaurant today, he made a solution to every request we asked and brought chef Lorenzo to our table too to explain his skills and how he made the miso cod tastier than Nobu’s. I want to talk to this resort director, because there are still problems during our stay that we had to go through in the hotel room problem incl. in-room dining. But Eddy’s hospitality service minded personality needs a raise in salary, without him I might not give a chance to this resort. There are some other team members in the property who did a great job too, from friendly chefs incl. during breakfast to beach & pool team and Kera in the retail store who understands that the selection of beverages and products need an upgrade. Looking forward to help get this property resort to next quality level.

Incredibly beautiful resort. Resort is on south side of island and the breezes that come off the water are amazing! The staff attend to your every need and are very knowledgeable of everything! Rosa at Sea Grapes poolside bar is an excellent bartender

What amazing service we are having while we are staying here at the Shore Club!! In the restaurant Linda and Delores and Youseline were so attentive and kind. They remembered our baby’s name we patient and kind!! Michael the chef made incredible Jamaican dishes as part of the breakfast every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. In housekeeping Claudia was also so kind and did an amazing job. We packed for nothing. Well done to all!!!

We highly recommend Sui Ren Fine Dining of The Shore Club for anyone in pursuit of an unparalleled fine dining experience, featuring scrumptious culinary treasures, excellent customer service, and an elegant atmosphere. Thus, if you're a food enthusiast, indulge your palate and appreciate this incomparable culinary destination. It's a gastronomic journey well worth undertaking, ensuring an unforgettable experience that extends far beyond the last bite! I would like to give a particular shoutout to the exceptional staff we encountered - May, Juwayne, Henry, and Chef Lorenzo. His Sushi is next to none, a must try when you visit the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Wonderful place and professional service. I just wanna mentionned that Michael at the pool bar was amazing ! Good vibes and professional! We had an amazing afternoon with him and he was taking care of everything. His drinks and his stories were delightful to hear. Thank you Michael !!

ok I rarely write reviews and we travel a lot, so will be brief, this place is awesome. we are staying here for 2 weeks. Its what you expect at Raffles, it beats four seasons. We never came to same resort twice but this place will consider for second visit.
