Anchorage Cottages

Was a great stay. Walking to the beach is wonderful. Not far from all the shops. Will definitely stay again

Basic cottage, well equipped, good for one person. Poor communication from the manager. I showed up at check-in time and no one was in the office. When I called, the manager said I was supposed to have received a code for the lock on the door, which I had not. She gave me the code and I entered. Later that evening, I realized there was no Wi-Fi password anywhere in the cottage. I texted the manager and got no reply. I texted the manager in the morning. I got no reply. Later I had to telephone and get the Wi-Fi px from the manager, and was told it should be in a packet somewhere in the cottage, but it was not. The bed was very hard. The gutter over the door to the cottage was leaking buckets of rain during my stay. Otherwise, the cottage was well stocked with dishes in pots and pans in the kitchen and the towels were plentiful and very soft and the water was hot in the shower. The cottages were not full on the night of my stay and things were very quiet.

What I didn't like was the massive light pollution shining in through the bedroom windows as well as the front door window. The inside was well lit all during the night because of their outside lighting. although the blinds are very charming, they did nothing. Owner really needs to provide black-out curtains.

Do not remember the name of the young lady who helped us with a tv problem. She went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us. Very sweet and sincerely interested in making us happy. And she did. Thank you very much. My wife both marveled at your genuine enthusiasm.

Stayed in cabin 9, very nice retro feel. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I liked that there was a game room where you could check out games and movies and books for the unit . There was plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils . And plenty of Lennon for the cottege.

Convenient location, fully stocked with dishes etc. Dog friendly. Would stay again. Cute little vottage. Reasonably priced. Great beach access.

This was our third time at Anchorage cottages. We love to stay here. The cottages are fully stocked and close to the beach.

Absolutely loved our room. Will definitely recommend.
