Travelodge Thame

My recent stay was a disaster. Our room was filthy: unvacuumed floors, stained walls, and dirty skirting boards. The bed was worse – stained sheets and dead bugs underneath. The bathroom screamed neglect with black mold, grimy taps, and a stained toilet. The proximity of their Support Office makes this neglect even more shocking. I've demanded a full refund. If this is their standard it's clear why the brand is failing. If you need to stay in the area go to Premier Inn Aylesbury hotel, it's a bit dated but at least the hotel is clean! Seriously, don't stay here – it's a total letdown!

Haven’t visited Thame for about 6 months, I was pleasantly surprised at the changes, it just felt cleaner and happier. Well done for the changes made. My room was clean and bed comfy, extra tea and milk ready at reception for me to pick up. Thanks

Room did what it was needed for a base during a family event clean tidy and bed comfortable. Would use again if accommodation was required.

We stayed at this hotel as a stopover travelling south for half term holiday. The children loved it! We weren’t expecting anything special but it gives you the basics, clean beds and bathroom. Wifi was a bit temperamental. People that work there always seem happy and were friendly

urine around the back of the toilet. mold on shower curtain. only food at night is bring your own or burger king. not the best after long day when you still have work to do online

The staff make this hotel, they are always happy and helpful. The rooms are quite basic, but clean and we had a good night sleep… although we did pass out after attending a wedding!! Will definitely stay here again if coming to this neck of the woods

I phoned to pre-book a disabled room with accessable or adjoining room so that I would have easy access to my disabled brother. I was assigned rooms. On arrival these rooms had been changed, I was to be further away that was ideal. Our rooms were not even ready when we arrived so had to leave and return after our party. We were eventually given rooms opposite each other but by this time it had caused me some distress .

Much improved since our stay two years ago but not such good value these days. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. Recommended if in-hotel meals are not required.

Great stay in Thame for a family wedding, staff were all friendly and very helpful. They were clearly overworked but kept smiling and nothing was too much trouble, iron, hairdryer, extra towels and even called a taxi for us. Will deffo stay here again when in the area
