I didn’t enjoy my staff this time, I normally stay here all the time but this time it wasn’t nice

We selected this location for the pool and hot tub. We were going to be traveling all day and just staying one night. We were informed they no longer have the hot tub and the pool was closed due to chemical imbalance that morning. The staff at the counter didn’t seem to care about our feelings. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was nice but the TP was so thin it tore very easy and there was paint or wall paper peeling around the tub. I would not stay there if I travel thru Longview again.

I had a good stay. The hotel was in a great location near the mall and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. However, the room not sound proof. I could hear hallway noise. I never got the tv to work something was wrong with the satellite. The breakfast was mediocre. We went to breakfast around 9:20am. The waffle batter was almost empty. The eggs and sausage was empty. There was no butter, no yogurt, no fruit. I had to ask the attendant to replenish the items. She made it seem like she could not put everything out because people would take it.

The property is not as clean as it was 2 years ago. The window shade was broken and torn. Tabitha at the front desk was very accommodating in getting us in a different room.

Bed bugs, they didn’t care. All they wanted was us to switch rooms. We didn’t, we left because we didn’t want to take a chance.

This property has seen better days. We had major items not work: the phones, the desk chair, and most importantly, the side door to the hotel. The staff were kind and professional, and the price was great. The location is excellent for Longview.
