B&B Hotel Bordeaux Lormont

We came to bordeux to go to The Weeknd concert and check-in was at 14:00. We had to be at the stadium at 15:00/16:00. We arrive at 14:00 to the hotel and attempted multiple times to pay for the check-in but the machine was no longer working. Contacted someone who works onsight, horrible horrible customer service skills. Told us that the manager will come at 17:00 and we should go and come back at that time. The lady then shouted at me saying to go and come back or cancel my reservation because there was nobody onsight to help. 7 different families were stranded outside in the same situation. Eventually she hung up while I was mid sentence and just stopped answering the phone even when other people tried to call. Told her I was pregnant and I needed the bathroom, she said there's nothing she can do and I should find another toilet to use. Ended up cancelling my reservation and booking at the ACE Hôtel which had much much better hospitality and very close by.

Deux nuits dans cet hôtel et heureusement pas plus ! Climatisation rempli de poussière qui ne fonctionne pas donc chaleur étouffante dans la chambre ! Beaucoup de bruit près de la chambre , poubelles devant la réception non vidées. Papier toilette non approvisionné !! Une catastrophe

Nous somme arriver et comme prévue la chambre d'hôtel disponible comme on avais indiqué 14h est parfait chambres super propre aucune mauvaise odeur et tout était parfait notre chambre et étage des chambres enfants tout était impeccable et nickel une réceptionniste au top accueillant dynamique et souriante avec a l'écoute de c'est client nous avons eux un problème de chargeur est la nous avons eux le sien de prêt au top que dire je le conseille famille avec enfants ou adolescents merci pour tout.
