Hacienda Los Algodones

Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautifully decorated, as well as throughout the hotel. I would have given a higher rating; had I received breakfast food that was pleasant. I would recommend should want to stay at this beautiful and very reasonably priced hotel; very accommodating and friendly staff, find somewhere else to eat breakfast. Ex: Omelet, had vegetables in it that looked like they were placed in the middle of the omelet with moisture, like water. The cheese was in the center only. The cheese was not melted. It was a ball of cheese that stuck to my fork. The whole omelet was cold an flavorless. I give this breakfast and another breakfast I had another day, a zero rating. I thought oatmeal would be safe. You could have drank the oatmeal through a straw.

People are so nice and the rooms are always nice and clean and they have the best food!!! We have stayed there numerous times and everyone is always friendly. They take really good care of the property

Bed hard as a rock, one small blanket, two flat hard pillows on a queen bed. No heat or ac controls. A tiny bathroom with a very small shower but only one small brown towel to share. $62 plus $50 cash for a TV remote deposit! I will not be back.

Nice staff. Beautiful patio. No hot water at night. Howling cats in the middle of the night woke us up. Very nice but could have been better. A little hard to find.

I like the property and the staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend the property as a safe clean place to stay while having my dental work done.

Always comfortable That’s the best Hotel that we’ve been to in years, it has also 5star awesome rest are all I get as 5star restaurant, 5star margaritas awesome pool We met the owner 1st Day I think she is a saint; she helps everyone, I mean everyone. This place has the happiest employees I’ve seen in along time. We have been to lots of very expensive hotels over the years, seen unhappy workers Hilton Marriot, Biltmore. There’s no comparison to this this Little Quaint old-world hotel 10 stars easy "Rooms are clean, comfortable beds Great customer service, excellent breakfast" "The people that work there are some of the nicest I have ever encountered." machaca breakfast was excellent

I was very happy with my stay i have been here before. And made sure to use the hacienda.very nice people restaurant has great staff friendly a d very good food just love this place.

Convenient to everything in Los Algodones. Very clean rooms and mostly friendly staff. Nice, old Mexico atmosphere, uncommon in the rest of Los Algodones.

Terrible check-in experience. Denied anything to do with *******'s reservation. Cash in full was required. It was very disappointing. After I was away from check-in and on my own things were a little better. My view was ok. My room was above the restaurant and bar and received a lot of clientele noise. The cleaning and grounds staff were excellent, friendly, and everything the property purported to be. The onsite parking was satisfactory. I was able to (first come first serve) have a spot inside the property gates. I probably will never return here. The are other options in town that deliver less attitude and much more efficiency.
