Otel çok eksiydi, oda pis kokuyordu, check in sırasında çok bekledik. Bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim

The room is large and clean enough. The location is good and the shuttle is quick but it is too small that sometime fully occupied.

a bit dirty worn out carpet in the room, not a welcoming feeling by the 1st stepin, no free WiFi in the fitness room, but it is a convenient hotel for sleep overnight nearby LAX

Sheraton never disappoints, good range of services and amenities. Staffs are professional, location is amazing. You can literally see airplanes landing, but it’s not noisy at all!! One thing I am picky about is they charge money for parking…

Check-in Time at front desk is faster than we expected. The staff is friendly and polite. We could have earlier check in at 2pm.
The room with king bed is cozy and clean. Bathroom is big, comfortable and clean while the sink is not big enough.
Hotel Shuttle bus services is really good, we just waited for 3 mins after last bus had gone.
In general, we enjoyed the stay at Sheraton Gateway LAX.

Nice location and shuttle service friendly. I was a little disappointed that we had many bags for traveling internationally and no hotel staff offered any help with getting us to the shuttle bus.

Room is ok. But shuttle service is really bad. We need to go to Terminal B, driver leave us at Terminal 2.

The hotel are comfortable and in an exceptionally convenient location. The staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive. There are light breakfast items plus coffee and tea for the first night, and close by are two supermarkets and several small shops for following days. Light breakfast is available every day on ground floor. Coffee and tea are available all day. The sitting areas (indoors and outdoors) are comfortable. A resident may bring a guest for coffee, which is convenient for a short meeting. We have stayed twice at this facility and will return again because of the reasonable price, location, and excellent staff.
