location is super -very close to a decent shopping mall with reasonably priced restaurants and shops. Walkable distance. Service could be better, like early check in and late check out should be provided.

不建議訂這家酒店，靠路邊，窗户隔音極差，而且半夜車也不少，根本無法入睡。

The room itself was super cute and chic. The lighting was amazing as well. The staff thst we dealt with was very professional and friendly, made the whole checkin process super easy. Same can be said about the vallet parking service. Loved the location!!

The hotel was very nice, and the staff equally pleasant and accommodating. Front desk staff, and valet were all very courteous. My only complaint was the street noise. I knew I had a room off Olympic Blvd., but I hoped it wouldn't be to noisy. The car noise all night was annoying. Don't know if better insulated walls and windows would help. What do airport properties do?

It was a very average hotel. My friend and I came in at midnight from being out and we were laughing and the front desk “shushed” us. Never had that happen. Ika wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. Overall a good place to stay if all you care about is having a bed to lay on and a bathroom. The mini fridge wasn’t cold either.

The hotel looked good in the pictures, but the property is very, very old. The lobby is nonexistent and looks like a gas station lobby. The room is nice enough but visibly outdated. Zero noise insulation and it’s incredibly loud at night. If you need a place to just sleep, then this hotel is fine. If you want to enjoy your stay, I’d look somewhere else.

Daytime receptionist are super friendly and eager to assist.
Night time receptionist need more training on communication skill. It’s a clean environment. Only Found some dirty stuff like mosquito or dust when I run water into bathtub. It’s helpful to bring ear plugs to prevent noises from heater. Parking fee is not an issue to us.
