One of a good choice to stay here if you expect a simple but valuable hotel. This hotel has no elevator please concern about luggages you need to carry. Nice support staffs.

Facilities: Limited parking with almost no space to maneuver vehicle. Hotel is a walk up - no elevator. Far stairway near the back of the lot is crooked and seems to be sinking/breaking as it slants to the left and has cracks (coming down).
Room: was average for a motel. What I didn't like is that the door wasn't fully sealed so there was a large gap under that let cold air in and didn't isolate noise from people outside. It also blew smoke from smokers inside.
Bed was clean but Room wasn't. Bathroom had yellow stains down the walls, room had hair and fingerprints on the night stand. Shower had an old gross yellow stained shower mat in it. Heater didn't work and room was freezing. The water got Luke warm at best. Never hot enough for a good shower.
Walls were thin. Neighbors were noisy.

I love the stay! Officially, they're a one-star hotel.
But I thought it was great: clean, pretty, friendly, and so on.

The room is excellent, and so are the amenities in your room.
The only issue is without an elevator, getting to your room on sketchy stairs requires some attention.

air conditioner is not great, when i set it in heater, i took 2 hours to increase from 65 to 72. air conditioner capacity is not good for the room.

Awesome service and great room. Mildly dated but super clean. The area seemed OK but lots of trash in the streets surrounding the area. Walking distance to Starbucks and other cute local restaurants. Would totally stay again

Very conveniently located to get to downtown Pasadena. Room was quite spacious and clean although the bathroom was on the smaller side and dated.
Staff were helpful and very friendly!
Only concern was we did not care for the heating/cooling device above the bed as it disrupted sleep for the person on that side.
