Check-in yapar yapmaz sağladıkları bar ve restoranı sordum, açık veya kullanımda değildi. Odamıza gittik ve temizlik için etrafa baktım. Bazı mobilyalar eskimiş ve yırtılmıştı. Masanın yanındaki sandalye gibi ve banyoda metal tuvalet kağıdı tutacağı yırtılmış ve metal kırılmıştı. Duş için sürgülü kapı yoktu, böylece su yere sızabilir. Ve buzdolabında kalan eski yiyecekler vardı. Öndeki yöneticiye buzdolabında bırakılan temizlik ve yiyeceklerden bahsettiğimde. Umurunda değilmiş gibi ses çıkardı ve dedi. Oh, bu hizmetçilerin hatası. Yargılamak için neden bu kadar çabuk. ?

Horrible and rude service!!! Asked for extra blankets and towels they never came and gave attitude and asked why were we asking for more.

Not clean, nothing nearby. Bad location for tourists. Staff isn’t the friendliest

The service was non existence, especially the counter staff was unfriendly. I had two rooms, both were dirty and smell of cigarette smoke.
I would not recommend my friend to this place.

My family and I where supposed to stay a week on the hotel. The staff never seemed to care, we were 1 hour to check in because they didn’t pay any attention to us, the door keys never worked so we had to go to the reception and asked them to fix them. And after a whole day of being around they told us that tomorrow the hotel was closing and that we had to check in, when we paid to stay a full week. Even a women who just got there wasn’t given her room because they were closing and they were expecting everyone to check out at 11 am (without previous notice about this situation). I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

I was so disappointed with this hotel, which is definitely a motel. Staff just can't be bothered, I asked for a hair dryer and was told one would be delivered and it never was. We had to check out at 6.50am and the doors to reception were locked, I knocked on the doors and eventually a chap did arrive, no apology. The lift sometimes works/sometimes doesn't, the pool wasn't open for our 3 day stay and no housekeeping of any sort. The room is dated, dirty and beds are lumpy. The sink area was dirty, as was the shower. The soundproofing is awful, we could hear the couple next door to us arguing, then making up! I thought the people above us were going to come through the ceiling. Please avoid.

arrived with paid reservation and hotel is out of business but still being booked online. Always call hotels directly before arriving to confirm your reservation. The one time I forget and this is what happens

This hotel has permanently closed. Before you come check with your tour operator to rebook you. We arrived today and its been closed with security that are not helpful. Its been shut for 3days. We was not informed and arrived this evening. We have had to pay in another hotel. Not impressed!!!!!!
