I got my room upgraded and extended check out time with additional fee. That was a great deal for me at that time. However, it was the start of a big disaster.
First, though I paid same fee for two rooms, the conditions were very different. One of the rooms had no big window, no desk, no sofa than the other one.
Second, the first two towels were not clean. There were big spotted somethings. So I requested for new ones.
Third, the housekeeper sent me new towels and put the towels on the floor in front of my door like rubbish heap, the floor that stepped by everybody with their shoes. I have no idea how I can clean my face and body with such dirty towels again...
Fourth, all the time during shower, the water was turned hot and turned cold suddenly, but nobody else was using water at that time. It was so hard to be patient for the babies...
Fifth, the door of the shower booth cannot be closed tight. There were 10cm crack between the door. So the water was spreading all over the bathroom. I have to mop the spreaded water by myself all the time for the safety of my babies.
Sixth, the worst thing did happen. My baby fell down in the bathroom when he washed his hands and tried to come out because of the wet floor. (Actually it was the second time during my stay of one night.) And he got dirty from the wet floor. We have to clean his hair and body. But we were late for the check out. But we have to clean him, but we had no time, but..but... and the hotel charged me 200 dollars additional fee for my stay for 1 hour.
That's all about that I experienced here.

Good location to travel around the city. Parking is expensive USD 63 per night. Good restaurant for meals and high level for city view! Excellent service :)

i really glad that I stayed in this hotel.. for first impression of city cuz I got high comfort and awesome panoramic view . Breakfast was so good ! High recommendation

I really love this hotel brand,
but our stay was not a great experience at all at this hotel in particular. The staff at the reception was kinda rude because she rolled her eyes to me while i was just confirming a simple question regarding to my deposit, It was just one question.
The room was very basic and it kinda show its age. I am a regular to this hotel brand back in my home country and I love it so much. Such a difference with the one there and the the one here.

It was a Great Hotel, the location is great, very well connected to subway, lots of restaurant and fast-food around. The rooms and the facility is great, especially the 7th floor pool deck the staff there are very friendly, room is very comfortable and spacious, clean, have all amenities I needed, including the slippers which I used for the pool side.
Some of the receptionist are very friendly, courteous especially the girl who extended my checkout time and the gentlemen Manny they made me feel home, also the concierge gentleman, I am from Asia and you definitely need people like them to make you comfortable. on the other had there were some receptionist who don't even want to smile, a smile cost nothing, it is because of these couple of them that the hotel might not get the guest back.
Over all I will for sure come back again and there is no need for me to stay in other places, i use to stay in sheraton grand, but now I recommend this hotel and also myself will stay here again for sure.
