The two ladies in the front were extremely nice and welcoming. Definitely will stay here again. Made my check in experience fast & easy.

An older property in a dense retail area that has been kept up very nicely. Quick check in. Staff friendly. Parking is shared with adjoining entertainment venue. Rooms very comfortable.

The stay was good, staff was vey friendly and helpful. Only issues bathtub shower water pressure was very low. Other than that it was a good stay at Best Western.

Room was clean. Don't normally comment on the staff but both the front desk and breakfast staff went above and beyond showing kindness.

Liked the room and service from front desk. Also the staff from the breakfast room was wonderful! Did not like that pool seemed to look like the water was dirty so we did not go in pool.

Employees stayed here and said although rooms are clean the surrounding are of the hotel is very sketchy. We had a LARGE heavy piece of equipment stolen from the back of a work truck. When I called to inquire about video surveillance I was told it was going to take days to find it even though I gave them a few hour window. The girl on the phone implied it may have happened somewhere else. She didn't offer to take any information from me or to contact me when the video was available. Apparently there are people who sleep in there cars around the adjacent bowling ally and in the hotel parking lot.This will definitely be the last Best Western I ever book at as it seems to be a trend with this brand hotel.

The hotel is not bad for it being in that location. The neighborhood is dark and there’s many homeless.

Just a great place to stay. Rooms are clean, food is good. No issues at all. Stuff is really friendly, will definitely stay there again.
