I would never stay there again. While I was taking a shower, cockroaches came out of the drain. The customer service was also very poor, and the front desk girl was incredibly rude. Despite informing them that I was there for work, they placed me next to the exit, resulting in constant door slamming throughout the night. When I went to retrieve my car from valet, they informed me that I wasn't the only one who had experienced cockroaches in the room, and that I was right to have checked out early. I highly advise against booking this hotel, as they clearly have a serious pest infestation problem!! .

The hotel has luxury standards, complete equipment, beautiful environment, service concept and integrity management. It is convenient to watch basketball games in the NBA, and is close to the nearest stadium.

Check out its lounge, HOLLYWOOD sign is just right in front of our eyes. Decent room and cozy.

Pretty clean, but charges a mandatory $30 for daily food & beverage credit, doesn’t roll over, so if you don’t use it in one day, it doesn’t add up to the next day.

莫名其妙收了125刀，並沒有告知清楚這筆費用是用來幹嘛的。我現在需要酒店方和攜程客服告知清楚，謝謝。
I was charged $125 for no reason and was not clearly told what the fee was for. I now need the hotel and Ctrip customer service to inform me clearly, thank you.

房間確實不大，但很有品牌的感覺，房間很安靜，床軟硬適中，地理位置downtown，早餐雖然不能和國內酒店比，但在美國的早餐中還算不錯的。每天30刀記得用掉，停車自己停25-30刀一天，酒店代停68刀，整體不錯值得入住！
