Very dated. Not even a corkscrew in the room. No door on shower. Shower head VERY dirty. Poor overall.

The deluxe apartment was great, better than expected.
The only negative was the memory foam pillows as not comfy to sleep on

Fabulous holiday at Beverly Hills Heights, great 1 bed apartment. Reception staff very friendly, esp Marian. Great that you can use any of the 3 pools at Hollywood Mirage and Heights, as the Heights pool area is a little quiet for us. Had a minor maintainance issue which was sorted within an hour, brilliant !!

Our favourite place in Tenerife and we have tried many over the years. Staff are excellent and apartments are still very good and spacious. Good value for money

We have stayed at this resort for over 20 years and noticed a marked decline. The resort has gone from a 4 start to a 2 star..
We booked a premium room and got a tired room in need of renovations. The next room was no better it needed a deep clean. One day they had no hand towels. The smell was stale and a strong smell from drains. Regrettably I would not recommend this resort.
The only positive was the staff all friendly and helpful.

Everything is good apart from the cleaner. she came in our room not say hello but tell us to hurry out while we still on a holiday. Not very profession . no life. no staffs to help you with your bags what so ever. and they leave bin on a bayday everywhere !!
