Please take some of the reviews with a pinch of salt, at the end of the day this is a 3 Star hotel and this what you should expect , overall the hotel and rooms are very tidy , these are cleaned everyday apart from Wednesday and Thursday as these are the main change over days. The pool area is quite small for the size of the hotel but this is a common theme in this area , sun beds are relatively easy to get , the life guard comes at 10am and they have a layout for the beds which maximises the space , I would suggest standing where you would like your bed and you should be somewhere near when he starts to lay the beds out , a few comments have said that the life guard though the week is rude but he is just doing his jobs and most content with people in his way trying to get a bed. Bar in the hotel is good with friendly staff as is the reception area This is our second time at the Aquamar and wouldn’t hesitate to return Just remember you can’t pay Prosecco prices and expect champagne A very clean and welcoming 3 star hotel in a great location to explore the town

Stayed for one week room 424 good size room with small balcony separate bedroom small cooking area with 2 ring hob and sink and fridge,bath room ok nothing special shower over bath,safe deposit box down next to reception €30 for the week €20 deposit for key.swimming pool not as big as you think and a little out dated needs attention missing tiles in pool not a very big sun bathing area all the beds are put out at 10am and yes the towel brigade are out in force The beds are hard plastic and very uncomfortable,(bad point) you can hire a Sunbed mattress for €3 a day and a umbrella for €5 day ‍♂️ every hotel we have stayed in all over the world they have been standard and come as part of your stay it’s very wrong. The snack bar is small grubby and very expensive now the very bad point no air conditioning just 2 ceiling fans that are rubbish just blow hot air on you,this is Tenerife it’s 32% and no air conditioning it’s unbelievable. The staff are lovely on reception.its not really 3 star it’s 2 good position for walking and 10 minutes to front I will not come back it’s not my cup of tea you got the smell of **** every night not good. Tenerife has had its day Gran Canaria for me.

Nice clean hotel ina very good location. Rooms were spacious, bed comfortable, silent with good service. Good value for money. Our flat had large balcony, so we had morning sund, where other balconies did not.

Average and okay. The room was clean enough, although a bit tired and dated. The comfort of the beds wasn't ideal, but the hotel overall was okay and great if within a budget. P.s. dont forget the rooftop area for sunbathing if you prefer it a little quieter. There is a shower to keep cool also.

Good accomodation, close to beaches and airport, lots of walking distance bars and restaurants. Parking at the front of the hotel first come first serve but always found it.

The reception area is lovely and you can tell there has been an effort to give the rooms a facelift, but there is still some work to be done as quite dated. Beds and pillows are rock solid and walls are very thin, but I slept surprisingly well. Everything felt clean and safe and the staff were lovely
