Premier Inn Lowestoft

Breakfast was disappointing at this hotel. They ran out of or did not have many of the items they usually have in other Premier Inns.

I booked the stay 3 months in advance. I checked-in on an understandably busy weekend, but found out I couldn't have breakfast until 9:30 at the earliest. We wake at 6am (with two infants). Premier Inn urgently need to allow guests to pre-book a place for breakfast in advance of their stay.

While the staff was friendly, there wasn’t enough waiting long time reception we paid for the meal deal which included breakfast and evening meal but all the choices were reduced and out of stock and we had to pay extra just to be able to eat

The hotel is very tired, in need of update and deep clean. Need to resolve waste pipes which leave open drain smells to welcome you to the bathroom. Even in Spring the room was too hot and the windows don't open. Turning down the room stat does nothing except preventing the radiators coming on. The wait at breakfast was very long meaning I had to abandon the cooked breakfast after waiting so long. The continental breakfast options were quite scarce. The staff at the hotel were lovely and helpful, its a shame the hotel is not better. The evening meal was good and promptly served which is why I was surprised how slow breakfast was.

Staff where very helpful and friendly, But other Guest didn’t seem to show any respect for anybody else. Doors banging up until early hours of the morning.

Premier Inn provides exactly what it says- clean safe budget nights. The location is super safe with lots of parking.

4 nights in Lowestoft Premier Inn, very comfortable well kept hotel, clean and tidy. Great staff. Thanks to the restaurant staff for looking after us, special thanks to the hardest working young lady in the building Abbey…………………………………..

The hotel was in a perfect location for the reason we stayed, the service was really good and the lady that checked us in was nice and friendly. The room its self was really spacious, the bed was comfy. Breakfast at the Beefeater was lovely.

Started straight away once we walked into reception, I said the normal , Hi mate , how are you ? The reply ….. Next Question… Customers have been nothing but annoying today… been one of those days . Shocked .. I changed the subject and asked about car parking … Rudely he said put your Reg , Nationality, and signature on this piece of paper .. I directed us to our room . We was given room 140 which is a big family room with a standard size double not a king size as stated ( I was gunna complain but the wife said leave it as his already having a bad day) Ok …. So I had a shower the extractor fan wasn’t working , Got changed and regretted going to beefeater next door ( different story altogether) Came back to find the heater on controls not working , there was a wall heater wired in …. Not working , luckily the was a normal Radiator in the room which worked .. so they must know this is an issue . I woke up at about 5am for the toilet and turned on the table lamp and my finger went straight through the switch into the lamp … and this time I just wanted to go home .. this place is a DUMPbut the wife chilled me out and I got a couple more hours in before setting off about 0830 . I just wouldn’t bother staying here …. 2 others in Yarmouth which have to be better
