Staff were very friendly. Our bedroom and bathroom were very spacious (superior double) and had a high level of cleanliness.
We ate in for dinner and enjoyed our meal. Excellent choice at breakfast. Interior decoration both smart and cosy. I think not many guest rooms which added to the ambience.
There are so many positives about staying in this hotel and cannot think of any negatives.
Only stayed for one night, but from our experience would thoroughly recommend.

Very helpful and friendly staff at check in, restaurant and at breakfast. Conveniently located for my trip to Lowestoft, Beccles and Great Yarmouth.

I stayed in room 15 for the last two nights and woke up this morning to find that there was no hot water or heating.
There is no information in the room about how to contact anyone so I called in on the outside line! I called at 6:45 am to find that the only person in is the chef! She promised to come back to me but by 7:50am had not! There is no-one on reception in the mornings (you pay in advance so no need to check-out)
There is no-one on reception in the mornings to discuss anything with (you pay in advance so no need to check-out). I emailed them at 8am in the morning and never received a reply.
So a cold shower on a cold day is not a good start to a working day. Not having anyone on site to deal with it apart from a chef who I am sure was very busy with the breakfast service.

An excellent two night stay. Room and hotel spotlessly clean. Beds comfortable. Staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay amazing. We did find there are no usb plugs in the room and an adapter had to be used. Also the plugs at the bedside were hidden behind the furniture.

Arrived for check in and the man sorry didnt get his name was very friendly and showed us to our room then later i went down to reception as our bathroom heater was not working and the bathroom was to cold for me. He went out of his way and found us a heated to put into the bathroom to warm it up so we could then shower. Breakfast was very nice the only thing that let it down was the sausage it was not very good quality.

This is my 3rd time of staying at this hotel, honestly everyone is so lovely, friendly and kind. The rooms are so clean

We felt very welcomed and well looked after. The room was super comfortable, very nice bed, quality bedding and linen. Nice breakfast. So quiet. Would recommend.
