Hotel Astone overcharged me one nights stay. I choose to stay an additional night, when I checked out I payed the extra night at reception but unbeknown to me they had already charged my credit card through the third party I booked with. I contacted them regarding this to request a refund. Not only were they rude but they also now ignore my emails. I have tried to make a claim through the third party but I still haven't had my refund and it doesn't look like I am going to get it. Totally unacceptable treatment of a guest. The room was also very noisy as it was above the function room which was hosting a 21st Birthday party which went on to 1am. The gym was very good but the spa was dirty and the steam room and jacuzzi were not working. Also they ask you if you want breakfast when you check in, if you say yes they automatically charge you breakfast for the duration of your stay regardless of if you dine for breakfast or not. If you do choose to stay here check your credit card before you leave and be aware they charge as soon as you check in.

The first room I got was next to the open space over the reception area - it was like living in the lobby. The second room seemed quieter but at 7:30 in the morning it turned out it was right next to the technical room with what sounded like industrial size washing machines. They were turned off after I asked but the sleep was ruined… Otherwise the room / hotel was adequate, notwithstanding an extra thin douvet.

Rien ne va dans cet hôtel!!!! Le descriptif est mensonger, entre les photos et la réalité un siècle est passé !! parking payant et non gratuit, partie commune sale, salle de restauration idem et pour les chambres, la moquette est ultra sale, dans la salle de bain la porte de douche ne ferme plus, serviette et peignoir trouée et tout n’est pas clean… cet hôtel n’est pas un 4 étoiles et loin de la!!!!!!
