I just loved the environment and calmness over there. This property is one of the finest in whole Lucknow. Ambience, rooms, pool area and dining hall everything is so mesmerising. Overall a good hotel to visit.

The staff made the stay memorable. And because of the friendly staff, beautiful ambience, amazing variety of buffet, I have been to this hotel thrice. And will continue to come again and again. Will surely recommend in my circle as well. The special mention to jubilant staff, Momi begum and Anjali..They both are amazing girls with smiling face and always ready to serve with best hospitality etiquette's. Always met them in our stay making our dining experience happy and relaxing. Thanks to them a ton.

Sky 11 and Aqwa Bar Is very nice place for party best service and very Professional staff and healthy environment Ms Arfiya and other staff is very nice and very good Location and my favourite hotel in Lucknow and food quality and service is great

We were thrilled by the staff's hospitality here. Arfiya helped us really well with everything. Ambiemce was way too good. Would surely recommend to plan your trip at this hotel.Attention was fantastic. Rooms were very very good and Breakfast with nice variety. Loved it 💜

I had to stay overnight, checked in at 1700 set the air con at 18 C - weather was 39 outside - AC doesn’t work. The staff is rude and unresponsive. Hall of SHAME of the hotel - entire Housekeeping and Duty ***ager Tanishq - completely unprofessional, and useless staff. My experience has been below expectations, I guess this is Holiday Inn standards.

I am a corporate customer handeled by Mr Puneet The location of holiday inn at lucknow is really convenient My experience with interaction with Mr puneet has been good . He needs to be empowered for giving better attention to corporate customers who stay at hotel For getting results thro their work and hence need minimum possible hassles at hotel . Mr Punnet was instrumental in shifting me from lemon tree . My experience and hospitality offered at Aqua bar has been really worth mentioning . I would like to appreciate attitude and service quality of Miss Arfiia Fatima in special way . It is great to know that holiday inn employees qualified people like her and ***y I feel that bar at terrace and swimming pool needs a staffing and mainly some publicity . However i feel that ratio of no people from property and no guest needs to be improved . I wish i will be a guest ***** with my father of age 99 on way to Ayodhya after summer is over As of today with few minus points i still prefer to stay at Holiday inn I wish improvements in personal attention should be improved fast . The hotel infrastructure is already good
