The hotel is located in a strategic location. I had a late night check-in and it was a bit unwelcoming since the concierge were chilling on the couch until I had to call onto them. I also called for the concierge twice to assist me with baggages but no one answered the phone for 4-5 times, and when answered no one actually came to assist me until I walked down and informed them again. Rooms a bit old but overall okay.

What a nice property it was my first time to booked this hotel staff were really friendly and helpfull food was yum all the amenities and services they provided are best shopping mall is outside if the Hotel all the things you need to do its just walking distance defently recommended to everyone cheers🙏👌

It was a pleasant staycation at Radisson Blue Ludhiana, I went there with my family, The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very neat and clean. Me and my family loved the restaurant there named ‘Made in India’ where they serve the best Indian dishes .

Stayed at Hotel Radisson Blu, Ludhiana for one night ~ 4th May. Impressed by the hospitality reserved from Coffee shop restaurant (Lobby level). Mr Ajay Kumar & Ms.Priscika provided par excellence service. Quality of food too was superb. Keep it up.

Had an Amazing Experience with Radisson Blu. The staff is really helpful and the ***ager Lingaa Sir was very professional and very understanding. The way he and his team helped at every step of my meeting was remarkable. Food was undoubtedly great. Made in India hall is very beautiful. Honestly excellent place for any meetings or functions.
