Lovely hotel with plenty of free parking located 5-10 minute walk from town centre albeit no lighting on a short stretch leading to the hotel. Breakfast was fabulous

Loved our stay. Great Family staff and superb food. Will go back anytime.
Very convenient position for the town and very quiet at night.
On one of our nights, the local male voice choir had a belated Christmas dinner, and afterwards sang in the dining room. Great evening.

Lovely comfortable hotel overlooking Ludlow castle.
Spotlessly with friendly, helpful staff. Would highly recommended.

Sarah and the staff are excellent.. definitely recommend this lovely place if you stay in Ludlow .. very close to the castle 👍

The restaurant had good choices and the dishes were well prepared. The staff were attentive and effiicient. However, the accommodation was tired and needed some refurbishment.

Fabulous two nights stay. Lovely quiet room overlooking fields and allotments- beautiful. Evening meal was amazing as was breakfast both mornings. Great location with easy walk into Ludlow.

The Cliffe is situated just outside Ludlow town centre. It's a short walk in but be aware that there is a bit of a steep hill. Our room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable with everything required for a pleasant overnight stay. We found all staff friendly and approachable.
Full cooked breakfast in the morning was very tasty.
Would recommend.

The accommodation was disappointing in that we reserved a 'cottage, superior, en-suite' which turned out to be a modern bungalow-type building adjacent to the restaurant. Although nicely decorated it didn't come across as superior in any way.
It was strange to have one's breakfast bowl of fruit, yoghurt etc made up in the kitchen rather than being able to select from a buffet. The cooked breakfast was okay but it would have been good to see the restaurant promoting the prize-winning Ludlow sausage.
Staff seemed unhappy and stressed.
