The place looks new . The staff is friendly. The room is clean and good sized. The breakfast included is nice.

Friendly staff. Clean room and common area. Comfortable bed, but plan exercise off site. The treadmill was out of order and the elliptical was missing an arm. There is no where to run outdoors safely close.

Bathroom was a little dirty upon check in. Very quiet area and felt safe. Staff was very friendly. Would've been nice to see a little variety in the breakfast options (maybe healthier options as well). Overall this is a go too spot when staying in Lufkin.

This was not a $200 a night hotel stay at all! Very outdated and felt very dirty. Wouldn't recommend and regret buying two rooms the night we did!

Hotel was new and super nice. It was well kept and clean. Room was big with a small kitchenette and huge fidge. Pool and gym were good as well. Breakfast was also good. Staff was friendly. The only thing a bit surprising was that there were extra fees for the room rate ageeed. Might be I hadn’t paid attencion when booking. Overall it was a nice stay.

We came in from Houston and Huntsville for a funeral! The Hotel was Very nice, clean, comfortable bed, very nice room, great staff!!! I recommend 4 stars and I will be staying there again
