The property was nice in a decent neighborhood with exception to the loud construction noise directly across the street that started at 7am. The hostess was nice at first, but then when requesting a later checkout at noon she said yes. At 10am the cleaning lady showed up, forcing us out or pay 50 Chp to stay until 12pm, even after paying $300 for a one night stay. Who the hell requires a 10am checkout? Typical standard is 11or 12, and I have never been charged a late checkout the entire time traveling in Europe with my family. In addition there is no air conditioner and it was a hot apartment. The property manager tried to accuse my family for breaking a fan, which we did not use and did not break. They wanted to charge us 70 CHP for the fan. Are you serious? As a property management company you need to get your facts straight and be more flexible and accommodating with your guest. Maybe consider renting it as a long term rental so fewer guests have our experience.

I stayed here with my family on the way back from the south of France as an over night stay. On hotel.com it had very good reviews recommending it for families but actually it was the worst place we have ever stayed and my family keep reminding me of my big mistake booking here. On the outside the building looks very modern and nice. You can also park easily. Once you get in the apartment it just goes down hill. The dishwasher was full from the previous guests so we had no clean cutlery or dishes. The oven did not work at all so the pizzas we got from Coop next door could not be cooked. The floor was putrid dirty, our feet were back within five minutes of being in there. The internet would shut down if you tried to watch Netflix on the TV. The one sofa was also dirty. The beds are rock hard and are like travel beds and had no duvets and just one very thin pillow. I though my back might break. It's next to a playground which was noisy and full of little kids running around screaming with no clothes on. This was until late in the evening. The balcony glass was dirty. It was so bad that we left at 5am in the morning as we could not sleep. The price is not that inexpensive and the value is completely zero. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Nice quiet street with a few elderly living nearby. Good for families. Fixtures and furniture was a bit on the budget end, felt like a few items were on their last leg. There is no receptionist

Mis papas son ancianos y mi papá tiene una discapacidad, así que decidí espera el taxi en el apartamento sabiendo que el check out era A las 10, pensado que cuando llegaran a hacer el aseo no habría ningún problema, sin embargo la señora de la limpieza fue supremamente grosera y maleducada. Casi nos saca a las patadas Fue muy feo que irrespetara a mis papas de esa manera Terrible Isabel Londoño Aguilar 

Die Wohnung war nicht gepflegt und sauber, der Staubsauger war kaputt. Obwohl wir eine Notiz geschrieben haben war ein Bettzeug zu wenig. Das Management ist leider sehr arrogant. Die Wand knackste so laut dass man gar nicht schlafen konnte. Check-out ist viel zu früh um 10 und man zahlt 50€ wenn man später als 10Uhr auscheckt. Die Wohnung sollte Nichtraucher Wohnung sein aber es stinkte intensiv nach Zigaretten. Wir werden nicht noch einmal hinfahren.

Que pesima propiedad, no tenian aire acondicionado y solo habia 1 ventilador demasiado ruidoso. No podias abrir las ventanas porque entraban los mosquitos. Nos hospedamos 3 personas y solo habia 1 ventilador, escribi a la propiedad para pedir otro y la primer respuesta es que no habia, despues enviaron uno que NO DABA NADA DE AIRE, una burla realmente, considerando que la temperatura durante nuestra estancia en la ciudad fue de 35 grados. NO LO RECOMIENDO
