Picic Guesthouse

The stay at the Picic Guesthouse was wonderful! Jure is the most helpful and kind guest I have encountered on my travels. He gave us the best tips and places to visit on the island, I will definitely come back soon. The photo is the amazing view from our room

Located in a beautiful and quiet area. You can easily get to Luka by bus from Zaglav if you arrive there by ferry from Zadar. Jure is a friendly and helpful host who advises and helps when needed. There is a good restaurant, a market and a bus stop nearby, from where you can get to the direction where the Sali (and Zaglav) is located. Bus gous from Zaglav to Sali and from Sali to Luka. The room had a beautiful sea view and a view of Luka village.

What a little piece of paradise! If you love a quiet peaceful stay off the beaten path, this is the place. A down to earth host, who makes you feel at home with a welcoming drink and a rundown of all the things to do on the island. This includes the off the beaten path little gems on the island. We only booked one night on the island, we should have booked more! The view from our room, amazing, the most quaint village with a sunset view, postcard material!

The island of Dugi Otok has a lot to offer and Picic Guesthouse in Luka makes a beautiful base. The views are stunning. A warm welcome greeted us by the owner,Jure. He was full of suggestions and most helpful, a BIG Thank You,making our stay even more relaxing. Hopefully we can return in the future.

Für mich beste Unterkunft auf der Insel Dugi Otok...das Guesthouse ist gut gelegen, mit Sicht auf den kleinen Hafen....in der Ortschaft gibt es auch ein gutes Restaurant. Der Besitzer Jure, nimmt sich immer Zeit und erklärt jede Ecke dieser interessanten Insel...dank ihm konnte wir viele kleine Orte entdecken wo nicht in den Reiseführer stehen...die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber und komfortabel

De locatie is echt prima, maar de kamer vonden we wat minder. De douche is niet zo schoon (vooral vieze kitranden) en het bed is bijna niet te doen: je ligt echt op keiharde veren. De gastheer is enorm vriendelijk en vertelt je de prachtigste plekjes om te bezoeken, echt geweldig! Er is geen airco, wel een plafondventilator. Deze hing niet heel stevig, waardoor deze veel herrie maakte. Zoals eerder gezegd vonden we de kamer onvoldoende, maar de gastheer en de locatie (het eiland zelf) is erg leuk. Voor ons waren 2 nachten genoeg geweest (ipv 3), maar dat is erg persoons gebonden.

2 stelle solo per la vista. Dubito seriamente delle recensioni tanto positive su questo posto. La nostra camera era sporchissima, ragnatele ovunque, anche nell'armadio, come se non fosse stata pulita per mesi. Abbiamo trovato in bagno un tappetino sporco come se qualcuno ci fosse salito sopra con i piedi sporchi, ragni, anche piuttosto grossi, tante formiche e insettoni non meglio identificati. Abbiamo addirittura trovato alcuni ragni nell'armadio e nel letto. Uno sgradevolissimo odore nei corridoio della struttura. La terrazza era in comune con tutte le altre camere del piano, senza separazione, zero privacy. Inoltre, attraverso la terrazza si poteva accedere alle camere dalla strada, anche perchè le persiane si chiudevano a stento. Non c'era l'aria condizionata e faceva caldissimo, Nella camera c'era solo un rumorosissimo ventilatore da soffitto. Purtroppo l'isola era piena e non è stato possibile spostarci e ci siamo puliti, per quanto possibile, la camera da soli. Concordo sulla splendida vista e sulla cordialità del proprietario, ma la cura del cliente sta prima di tutto nel rendere il suo soggiorno confortevole assicurando una camera comoda e PULITA, ancora di più in piena pandemia.
