Forenom Aparthotel Lund

Trip.com is echt een handige app, je krijgt meldingen ivm je boekingen. Er is informatie en tips te lezen vd plaats waar je heen gaat. Kortingen, punten scoren... Het gaat allemaal ook zo makkelijk. Mijn verblijf was fantastisch! @ Forenom Lund, centrum gelegen, alles op wandel afstand, eigen keuken, badkamer en nog zo veel meer. Ik ga zeker nog gebruik maken van deze app! Ik heb nu al 'heimwee' naar mijn Z****se stekje :')

The location is great. There is plenty of space inside the apar**ent. TV could be somewhat bigger. The view to the courtyard is not very nice and it makes the room a bit dark. The key locks function OK, akthough it is not clear that you need to use the same code for both entrance, lift and room. Parking is quite expensive. The rule that you cannot get the room before 4 OPM is ridicuolous - and that you can pay almost 50% of the day/night price to get the room 2 hours earlier.

First, the location is excellent (apart from the noise), and I can see how it fills a need for a temporary long-term stay in Lund, which is a small town and likely to have limited options for people who need a temporary medium- to long-term stay option. Also, the location is really perfect. You can walk anywhere and the supermarket is a block away. Bizarrely, however, in such a quiet town with minimal car traffic, the street it’s on is incredibly noisy. There seemed to be trucks either idling outside or backing up (with the beep, beep, beep) all day. There were angrily beeping horns and children screaming, it was strange. That’s not in the control of the aparthotel, but other things are. There was no decor, nothing on the walls in either the apar**ent or the halls and the walls are painted an odd dark green color. It feels depressing. The motion sensor lights in the hallways often don’t activate, so you are often walking down a dark windowless hallway using your phone to see, even in the middle of the day. There was a permanent low key rotting garbage smell. There were silverfish in the bathroom. One washing machine out of two was broken, with no sign warning of that. It filled with water and filled and emptied over and over. That’s all it did. It had apparently been like that for a long time. And it was dirty. How is a washing machine dirty? And the garbage room, where you have to bring your garbage and sort your recycling, well, don’t go in there without closed shoes on. It’s disgusting, with many creepy crawlies. It’s the second worst one I have ever seen. There seems to be no effort to keep it clean or tidy. Things were also missing or broken in the apar**ent - parts of the refrigerator, a lamp cover. Oh, and the bathroom had a lot of black mildew on the grout. The few times I saw someone who worked there, they were very nice, but there are usually no staff on premises. In sum, the aparthotel is in a great location and provides a needed service, but they could do much, much better. I left early. There is an inexpensive hotel next door. It’s a lot nicer.

Clean and modern property in beautiful area of Lund, very helpful and professional staff, easy instructions and safe access process to the property, convenient location within walking distance to shops, restaurants and all transportation.

3000 SERVICE CHARGE! Booked Forenom in Lund to visit our daughter 1 night. Chose the hotel because it had pet friendly offer on Booking dot com. (More expensive choice then REAL HOTELS). NO confirmation or advice if the room we were offered was good for dogs or not. Our dog stayed at my daughters apar**ent, BUT we were charged 3000 for cleaning!!! Even though the dog didn’t stay overnight!! Or no notification was sent OR, there is no clarity to to which rooms are which. COMPLETE SCAM TO GET CUSTOMERS TO PAY MORE! I’m sure I will get a response on Trustpilot, because I sure as heck don’t get a good response from the hotel itself. BTW you need to even bring your own soap! Absolute JOKE and way to raise profit.

Everything was great except the bed. It was terrible. A double bed sagging towards the middle. The only way to get comfortable was to move the mattress to the floor.

Close to swidish heritage/ culture

The apar**ent was clean and the location is great but so many problems. 1) The room we received is NOT the one in the picture it was much smaller. 2) It was under construction, in theory but the only thing we saw was construction mess in the hall for a week, signs waiting to be installed. 3) a few electrical socket did not work 4) the worst the front door code did not work for days, but instead of informing us of other ways to get into the place - nothing. We could only email, the phone number and whatsapp did not work.
