Best Western Plus Bridgewater Hotel Convention Centre

Being put into a handicapped room No 🛀 bathtub they should have said something . I am not handicapped the hotel was empty not sure why I was put in one?

The only issue which couldn’t be helped was the construction going on outside caused some noise. Understandable circumstances though.

The breakfast was just alright, kinda cold, a front staff member was short and blunt and just overall snippy. But everyone else was nice.

Front counter staff very friendly and helpful. Dining room staff were great also. The lady at the breakfast was awesome, so cheerful and happy was a nice start to the day.

Service was Excellent, room was clean and very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast offered lots of great variety and lots of amenities at the hotel for guests. Close to local shopping and food establishments whichisgreat. Have stayed here several times and each time service and accommodations excellent. Would highly recommend.👍

There was laundry facilities on sight, the breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff was fantastic. Rooms were very clean and beds and linen comfortable

I was looking for a place to rest and rejuvinate and this place was perfect! Normally I only need a bed for the night but decided to pamper myself and I couldn't have picked a better hotel. The room was comfy, the restaurant was great, and the complimentary breakfast was hot and filling.

The hotel was lovely. All that we expected. Our room had a jacuzzi tub which was lovely.

We love the pool and the gym next to the pool! Also the lovely breakfast ladies ❤️
